Unified
Modeling
Language
The clear choice for documenting software architectures has emerged:  It is the Unified Modeling Language developed by Grady Booch, Ivar Jacobson, and Jim Rumbaugh. ZagNet architects are comfortable with this notation, including the development of UML diagrams using Rational Rose or Microsoft's Visual Modeler.

ZagNet architects assist your team in two ways. First, they can join the team in the critical design phase of your software project where experience and art are needed in equal quantities. Second, they can act as mentors to your staff -- help them learn to think in an object oriented way.

UML
Diagram
Here is a sample design using the Unified Modeling Language. It is a simple simulation of a hive of bees. Each bee decides its daily action based on a very simple algorithmic analysis of the conditions in the hive. With the proper weighting of the "Action Probabilities" the hive exhibits seemingly intelligent responses to its environment.
